Powers: As is most likely apparent by his codename, Angelo has six feet of gray, malleable extra skin that he can stretch and reshape at will, allowing him to stretch his body, grab, grapple, and even swing from things so long as he can wrap his skin around them. Think Mr. Fantastic with severe limitations because he's got bones and organs that don't stretch, or Green Lantern, but instead of making tools with his ring's energy, he makes them out of the skin of his arms. Massively gross.

Angelo can even go so far as to shapeshift, at least on surface level, reshaping his face to look like someone else's, and can change his skintone--but shapeshifting is so difficult for him it can only last a few minutes at a time before he's exhausted and goes droopy, and he can't do it again for hours. He also can't do clothes. Just getting through the day looking mostly human (even if gray) is a tremendous chore for him.

However, his skin is much tougher and more durable than normal human skin--rather like an elephant's--possibly because of its density--and it affords him some protection from surface damage. Of course, if he doesn't think fast enough to make a cushion of skin where he's about to be hit, he'll bruise or break just as easily as the next person, even if it's harder for him to suffer cuts or scrapes.

At Xavier's Massachussett's Academy, he learned to control his skin rather effectively, and is capable of making skin spikes and horns on his body to intimidate enemies, big blobby maces with his hands, or fleshy flails. He can stretch out his legs and arms long enough to reach the second storey of a row home, and use his stretching skin to help him jump higher than average, and can shoot out little lines of skin to swing from tree branches or poles.

However, this control comes at a horrible price--he suffers frequent and terrible migraines because of his powers, most likely because his vascular system is wonky because of all that extra skin, and because the tremendous focus required to appear remotely normal often acts as an effective migraine trigger. When he gets his headaches, he often gets the full gamut of migraine symptoms--nausea, photo-sensitivity, you name it--and loses control of his skin, making him look almost as if he's melting. He can't go much longer than a week without a migraine, and the more he has to focus to maintain a normal appearance, or the more he stretches, the worse and more frequent those head aches get--and sometimes their timing is positively awful. Actually training, and gaining better control of his skin, however, does seem to help make the migraines more infrequent.
